Biography
Dr. Minu Ipe is the Knowledge Enterprise Architect and Senior Fellow for Leadership and Institutional Design at Arizona State University. In these roles, Minu serves as an advisor to the President, working on multiple efforts that advance the design and culture of ASU. The core purpose of her current role is to develop an enterprise that is capable of continuous adaptation, and is agile and sustainable as it designs itself well into the future.
Minu leads multiple initiatives that build leadership, design, and innovation capabilities at ASU. She leads design processes for academic and non-academic units that are reimagining themselves and engages faculty, staff and students in a variety of efforts to strengthen a culture of innovation. Since 2012, she has designed and led multiple leadership development initiatives to identify and support high potential talent across the institution. She is also leading efforts to establish a University Design Institute at ASU with a goal of transforming higher education outcomes globally.
